BROCKTON, MA — A person was stabbed to death in Brockton Friday afternoon.
Police confirmed to the Enterprise that someone was stabbed at a home on McGuire Street.Police and firefighters are at the scene.
One woman was escorted off the property in handcuffs. The woman, Kristen Smith, 54, was charged with murder. The victim has been identified as her boyfriend 53-year-old Scott Benoit.

She is due to be arraigned Monday in Brockton District Court.
