Brockton Student Charged With Upskirting in Class
School officials learned of the incident on Friday.

BROCKTON, MA — A Brockton High School student took photos up a girl's skirt while in school, police said.
School officials learned of the incident on Friday, according to the Enterprise. Police say the 15-year-old teen will be summons to court for taking a secret video or photo of partial nudity.
The student admitted to police that he took the photo and deleted it once he realized he made a stupid mistake. The victim's parents said they want to press charges.
