Uber Driver Carjacked At Knifepoint: Brockton Police

When the Uber driver dropped the four teens off, they pulled a knife on him and drove off with his car, police said.

BROCKTON, MA — A group of teenagers robbed an Uber driver Thursday night at knifepoint then stole his vehicle and crashed it, according to police. Police told the Brockton Enterprise the man was carjacked at about 9:30 p.m. after picking up four teenagers on Belmont Street and driving them to Warren Avenue. When the driver dropped the teens off, they pulled a knife on him, stole his phone and forced him out of his gray Toyota RAV4, police told the newspaper.

The teens then drove away; the vehicle was later found flipped over on Sprague Street and abandoned, police said.
