Brockton Woman Charged with Crashing into Ex-Boyfriend in Stoughton Hit and Run

Ericka Menslage, was arrested Saturday morning and charged with assault and battery with a vehicle.

Brockton, MA — A Brockton woman faces charges related to an incident where she allegedly followed her ex-boyfriend and drove her car into his vehicle.

Ericka Menslage, was arrested Saturday morning and charged with assault and battery with a vehicle, malicious damage over $250, operating recklessly to endanger, and leaving the scene of an accident causing property damage, according to the Enterprise.

At about 10:30 a.m. Saturday morning, police received a report of a hit and run near Turnpike and Page Streets. A person told police he was driving in his car with another woman when Menslage rammed into them. Previously, Menslage allegedly showed up at her ex-boyfriends house upset that he was with another woman.

Menslage was found in Holkbrook and taken into custody. She was scheduled to be arraigned in Stoughton District Court Monday morning.
