Brockton Woman Says Thieves Took Her Mother's Ashes

BROCTKON, MA — A Brockton woman says she is the victim of a break-in and the thieves took something of extreme value to her.

Carolyn Parker told FOX25 that her mother's ashes were taken from her car. She says it was broken into while it was parked in front of her home. She thinks the ashes may have been mistaken for drugs.

Parker has filed a police report and is asking the person who took the ashes to return them, no questions asked.
