Brockton Women Charged with Shoplifting at Emerald Square Mall.
Three women pleaded innocent to larceny, conspiracy, and shoplifting charges.

NORTH ATTLEBORO, MA — Three Brockton women face charges following a shoplifting incident at the Emerald Square Mall in North Attleboro.
Alina A. Miranda, 27; Maria F. Barbosa, 27; and Nadine V. Spencer, 24, all pleaded innocent to larceny, conspiracy and shoplifting charges, according to the Sun Chronicle. The woman are free on their own recognizance except for Barbosa, who has past shoplifting convictions and was held on $250 cash bail.
Police say the women stole a man's cell phone and $2,600 worth of clothing and merchandise from mall stores Wednesday night. Much of the merchandise was recovered, police say.
