BROCKTON, MA — For the second time in three days, a person on a bicycle was struck by a car in the Brockton area.  Saturday morning, a biker was a struck at the corner of Forest and Bouve Avenue, <a href="http://www.enterprisenews.com/news/20160924/another-bicycle-vs-car-crash-in-brockton-area" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">according to the Enterprise.</a> The person on the bike suffered minor injuries..  On Thursday, a child on a bike was struck.
