Chicken Abused With Pins, Needles Found: Brockton Animal Control
Animal control said the pins were inserted under the bird's skin and went through muscle tissue throughout its body.
BROCKTON, MA — Animal control officials are asking for help finding the person responsible for using pins and needles to attach pieces of cloth to a chicken.
The chicken was on found on Feb. 3 near Crickett Road and Rainbow Circle with red, white, and black pieces of cloth attached to it with sewing needles. Animal control said the pins were inserted under the bird's skin and went through muscle tissue throughout its body.
The bird was taken to a local animal hospital for treatment and is now in the care of Brockton Animal Control.
