Driver in Crash That Killed Brockton Teen Charged

BROCKTON, MA — The 19-year-old Brockton teen who was behind the wheel of a crash that killed 15-year-old Isaias Caban will face criminal charges.

Jesus Alvarez Coreano, 19, of Brockton, was charged in a criminal complaint with motor vehicle homicide by negligent operation, operating to endanger and speeding, according to WHDH.

On April 18, Coreano allegedly lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a tree on Summer Street. Caban, a freshman at Brockton High School, died in the crash.
