Elderly Pedestrian Stuck By Brockton Cruiser Dies
The 75-year-old woman who was struck by a Brockton police cruiser answering a call Tuesday night has died.
BROCKTON — The 75-year-old woman struck by a Brockton cruiser on Main Street Tuesday night was pronounced dead at Boston Medical Center. Maria Graca, of Brockton, was sent from Good Samaritan Hospital to Boston Medial Center after being hit by a cruiser responding to a call.
The Brockton officer administered life-saving measures while emergency rescue personnel were called to the scene about 4:30 p.m. Massachusetts State Police are investigating the incident.
