UPDATE: Ex-Boyfriend Wanted for Murder of Brockton Mother Found Dead
Police say Matias Andrade of Brockton killed himself and was found dead in the woods near Interstate 93.

BROCKTON, MA — A Brockton man allegedly upset about the fact that his ex-girlfriend was in a new relationship and wanted for the murder of his former lover was found dead.
Eugenia Gomes Monteiro, 30, of Brockton was found shot to death in her Lexington Street Monday night. Her current boyfriend Zezito Alves told WHDH he knew something was wrong when she didn't pick up her children from school and she didn't pick up when he called her. Andrade's family found her shot at her home. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police identified the ex-boyfriend as 38-year-old Matias Andrade of Brockton. A car driven by the suspect was located in Boston around 8 p.m. Monday night, according to FOX25. Tuesday morning, it was announced that Andrade was found dead in Braintree, apparently having taken his own life.
