Gun Stolen in Brockton Found in Boston
A revolver had been previously reported stolen in Brockton was found in Roxbury.

From the Boston Police Department:
At about 12:33 p.m. Oct. 19, officers assigned to the City Wide Drug Control Unit executed a search warrant as part of an active investigation in the area of 39 Cheney St. in Roxbury. Officers were able to safely recover a loaded .38 caliber Smith & Wesson revolver, a .22 caliber Colt semi-automatic handgun, twenty bags of crack cocaine weighing eight grams, seven bags of marijuana and nearly $400 in cash. It was later revealed that the revolver had been previously reported stolen in Brockton.
The officers then arrested the target of their investigation, Gerardo Cruz, 27, of Dorchester, placing him in custody without incident. The suspect will appear in Roxbury District Court on two counts of unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, possession of Class B and D drugs with intent to distribute, and receiving stolen property.
