Heavy Fire Extinguished At Brockton Home

The fire broke out at a home on Deana Road just after 9 a.m., when officials found heavy flames in an attached garage to the house.

BROCKTON, MA — Brockton Fire responded to a heavy fire at a home in Brockton Friday morning, the department confirmed to Patch.

The fire broke out at a home on Deana Road just after 9 a.m., when officials found heavy flames in an attached garage to the one-story wood-frame house, officials said, adding that the fire extended slightly to the house itself.

Within 15 minutes, the fire was extinguished with no injuries to firefighters or any of the five occupants of the home, the department said.
