Insight Performance Hires Brockton resident Jeanine Mackinaw

INSIGHT PERFORMANCE HIRES JEANINE MACKINAW AS HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Dedham, Mass. – May 4, 2016 – Insight Performance, a human resources and employee benefits consulting firm, announced that it has hired Jeanine Mackinaw, PHR, SHRM-CP as HR Business Partner. Mackinaw is responsible for providing strategies and developing programs that focus on retention, rewards and recognition, development, and career paths for employees at client organizations to assist them in HR compliance and building exceptional workplaces.

Prior to joining Insight, Jeanine worked as an HR Business Partner for Plexus Management Group, LLC, providing HR consulting services to multiple anesthesia practices and home health organizations. Previously, Jeanine was an HR Generalist for Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. In both roles, she was responsible for providing development and implementation support in the areas of employee relations, compliance, performance management, benefits administration, leave of absence coordination, recruitment, and policy changes and interpretation.

Mackinaw holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Emmanuel College. She is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Society for Human Resources Management. Mackinaw is a resident of Brockton, Massachusetts.
