Knife-Wielding Man Shot By Police: DA

BROCKTON, MA — A man in Brockton wielding a large knife was shot by police Sunday night, the Plymouth County District Attorney's Office said. The man was shot around 6:35 on North Main Street.

Witnesses tell WFXT that the man was shot by police while holding a knife in front of his apartment building on North Main Street.

Authorities have not released any information.
