Log Spill Jams Up Traffic

BROCKTON, MA - A car crash in Brockton Friday afternoon saw plenty of logs and timber roll onto Quincy Street.

The driver of the truck with logs told the Enterprise that another vehicle cut him off, forcing him to flip the curb and hit a telephone pole. The crash caused several logs to fall into the street along with 20 to 30 gallons of disel fuel.

Traffic was backed up for some time, with school dismissals adding cars to the street.

No one was injured in the crash.
