BROCKTON, MA - <a href="https://www.bostonglobe.com/2021/04/29/metro/man-arrested-by-fbi-after-buying-fully-automatic-ar-15-rifle-brockton-mall/" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">Michael R. Moura</a> was arrested by police at the Brockton mall for the possession of illegally obtained firearms. Moura cannot legally own a firearm after he pleaded guilty to 34 counts of violating a harassment prevention order.
