WEST BRIDGEWATER, MA — An East Bridgewater man who drove into a Family Dollar just south of the Brockton line was high at the time of the crash, police said.  Kenneth Tolbert, 28, was arrested and charged with drugged driving and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, <a href="http://www.enterprisenews.com/news/20161106/police-driver-who-drove-into-west-bridgewater-business-was-high-needed-narcan" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">according to the Enterprise.</a>   Police say that Tolbert drove into the store at about 5:30 p.m. Friday evening.
