BROCKTON, MA - Mayor Bill Carpenter is promising a better response after a Brockton man was told by police there was nothing they could do for a discarded needle.
Resident Sean Richards told FOX25 that he reported a syringe near his home to police, but they said there was nothing they could do, giving 10 other addresses that were worse than his.
