Mayor Declars Snow Emergency; No School in Brockton Tuesday

Due to the expected snowstorm, Mayer Bill Carpenter has declared a snow emergency, effective 6 a.m. Tuesday.

No on-street parking is allowed anywhere in the city and those who park on the street are subject to be towed.

The Brockton Public Schools and City Hall will be closed Tuesday.

Trash pickup will be delayed by one day.
