"One Last Dinner" To Remember Teen Killed in Brockton Crash

The event is open to anyone looking to remember Isaias Caban​'s life.

BROCKTON, MA — The family of a Brockton teen who died in a car crash Tuesday afternoon will remember the legacy left by the 15-year-old.

The family of Isaias Caban plans on holding an event called "One Last Dinner" at the Shaw's Center. The event is open to anyone looking to remember Caban's life.

"My family and I would like anyone to bring a dish of food, it could be anything. This will be so gladly appreciated. Keep spreading the word. His legacy will always remain," Erika Caban, Isaias' sister wrote on Facebook.

Isaias was one of two passengers in a vehicle driven by a 19-year-old. Police say the driver was speeding and crashed into a tree, according to the Enterprise. No charges have been filed, but the Plymouth County District Attorney's Office is investigating.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Iglesia Pentecostal Huellas de Christos Church on Crescent Street. Burial will follow in Melrose Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. at the church.
