Overnight Brockton Fire Leaves 2 Homeless
Brockton Firefighters battled an overnight blaze on North Montello Street on Friday.
BROCKTON, MA — Brockton firefighters said two people are without a home Friday morning after an overnight blaze on North Montello Street. Brockton fire said it was believed to be an electrical fire.
Firefighters responded to a report of a fire in the attic in the 700 block of North Montello Street about 4 a.m. Friday morning. Brockton fire said the incident commander said a the fire was quickly put under control and that a search determined that everyone got out of the residence without injury.
