Siblings Indicted On Arson, Attempted Murder In Brockton Fire
A Plymouth County Grand Jury indicted Jonathan Jironvil and Lucnalie Jironvil in connection to a July fire on Sinclair Road.
BROCKTON, MA — A Plymouth County grand jury has indicted two siblings and former Brockton residents on attempted murder charges in connection to a fire that destroyed a Sinclair Road home in July. Jonathan Jironvil, of Worcester, was indicted late Thursday on three counts of attempted murder, witness intimidation and destruction of property. Lucnalie Jironvil, of Amherst, was indicted on three counts of attempted murder and one count each of arson and destruction of property.
The Plymouth County DA's Office said Brockton firefighters arrived at the Sinclair Road home in the early morning hours on July 18 to find it consumed with flames. Brockton fire said the home was completely destroyed and a neighboring home suffered damage from the fire. Three women who were home at the time were able to escape the home safely.
The DA's Office said an investigation determined Jonathan Jironvil and Lucnalie Jironvil were responsible for starting the fire and they were charged. They had previously lived at the Sinclair Road home.

The siblings are scheduled to appear in Superior Court for arraignment at a later date.
