State Gives Brockton $10 Million for Parking Garage

Construction could start this spring.

BROCKTON, MA — Brockton now has $1o million from the state to build a new parking garage.

The MassWorks grant was announced on Nov. 4 at a press conference in Brockton with Lieutenant Governor Karyn Polito, according to the Boston Globe. The garage will have 474 spaces.

The city hopes to break ground on the garage in the spring.
