State Police Dispatcher On Unpaid Leave For Outrageous Posts
In Facebook posts, Carla Grant published information about investigations and that a pregnant overdose victim needed to be left to rot.

BROCKTON, MA — The Massachusetts State Police dispatcher who made headlines for explosive posts on a Facebook page has been placed on unpaid leave. Carla Grant is off the job pending an investigation. The move came following a disciplinary hearing held Tuesday morning.
Grant's behavior was exposed by an investigation by the Enterprise, who found posts from Grant on the Brockton Hub Facebook page speaking about a police investigation and insulting a pregnant woman who overdosed.
In since-deleted posts, Grant made a comment about dash cam evidence from a February 2017 fatal crash in Avon. The post was published a month before a driver in the crash was arraigned and evidence was made public.
