Teens Arrested After Police Find Disturbance

Six teens were arrested and charged with disturbing the peace. One was charged with disorderly conduct.

BROCKTON, MA — Six teens were arrested following a report of a disturbance Monday night.

At 7:37 p.m. Sunday, police received a report of gunshots on Walnut Street. Police didn't find any shell casting but witnesses told officers that teens ran from the area, according to the Enterprise.

The next night, police found about 15 teens in the same area. The group was told to disperse and were wanted not to cause a disturbance, but at 8:11 p.m., police observed members of the group yelling and screaming at vehicles on North Warren Avenue.

Six teens were arrested and charged with disturbing the peace. One was charged with disorderly conduct.

They are scheduled to be arraigned in Brockton Juvenile Court.
