Two Brockton Fires Under Investigation

Two fires that took place less than 12 hours apart are being investigated by fire officials.

BROCKTON, MA — Two fires that took place less than 12 hours apart are now being investigated by fire officials.

The first fire broke out Wednesday night at 8:30 p.m. on Mulberry Place. Brockton fire tells WATD that the blaze occurred inside a second floor bathroom. A few hours later at 6 a.m. Thursday morning, crews responded to a working fire at a 1-story wood framed home on Thatcher Street.

Brockton fire says the causes are unknown and both fires are under investigation.
