BROCKTON, MA — Heroin, marijuana, and steroids were seized during a drug raid Wednesday morning, police said.Michael Garcia, 31, and Craig Fennell, 30, were both arrested Wednesday morning. Garcia was charged with possession of heroin with intent to distribute heroin (second offense) and possession of steroids.
