WATCH: Massive Water Main Break in Brockton Floods Street, Breaks Car Windows
A geyser-like water main break flooded a street in Brockton, and destroyed car windows.

BROCKTON, MA - Public works officials are responding to a large water main break in Brockton.

The break is at Belmont Avenue and West Elm Street, according to Mayor Bill Carpenter's Facebook page. Live video at the scene showed water coming out of the main and into the street in a geyser-like fashion.

The break caused the street to flood and has even broke windows on nearby vehicles.

As of 11:48 a.m., the main appears to have been shut down and water is no longer flooding the street.
