Know This Person? Brookline Police Are Trying To ID Him

BROOKLINE, MA — The police department is looking to identify a person it believes was involved in a motor vehicle theft that took place in Brookline Village earlier this month.

The person was captured on surveillance footage on Thursday, Aug. 6, the day of the reported incident. According to police, the person is a man who was seen wearing a green T-shirt, a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black boots, and a black backpack.

Community members with relevant information are being asked to contact detectives at 617-730-2244. The department emphasized that he is not considered wanted at this time. The exact location of the incident has not been revealed.
