Asian Restaurant to Open in Former Mr. Sushi Spot: Report

Brookline, MA – A Wellesley restaurant that specializes in Asian fare is set to open up a new location in Brookline.

Jin's Fine Asian Cuisine and Sushi Bar, which serves both Chinese and Japanese cuisine, will take over the spot left vacant by Mr. Sushi, Boston Eater reported.

Mr. Sushi closed in October after decades in Coolidge Corner; an employee at Jin's in Wellesley told Boston Eater Wednesday morning that construction had begun on the new Brookline location.

According to its website, Jin's offers a variety of Asian dishes, ranging from dim sum, moo-shi and chicken and beef platters to fish and sushi staples.
