Brookline Coolidge Corner Porch Pirate Theft Caught On Video: Police

Brookline police released surveillance video of the latest reported case of packages stolen in the Coolidge Corner area.

BROOKLINE, MA — A porch pirate package theft in the area of Coolidge Corner is the latest case of goods being swiped from outside the front door of a Brookline home.

Brookline police said the suspect in the package theft appears to be a white man in his late 40s or early 50s with a beard, wearing a hooded sweatshirt, coat, baseball cap, jeans and New Balance sneakers.

"He appears to have both a single-strap backpack and a gym back," police said.

Police released the surveillance video (below) in hopes someone may be able to identify the suspect or that they will remember they noticed something suspicious in the area.
