Brookline Fire Officials Investigating Early Morning Blaze
The fire broke out around 3 a.m. Tuesday morning at 89 Woodland Road.

BROOKLINE, MA — The Brookline Fire Department is investigating a house fire that broke out early Tuesday morning.
The fire began around 3 a.m. at 89 Woodland Road and was called in by a Boston College security officer who was patrolling, said fire officials. The house was unoccupied at the time of the blaze.
The fire was knocked down several hours later. One firefighter is suffering from a minor injury.
