Brookline High School Finalizes Administrative Staff
Here's a look at the new administrative hires for the coming school year.

BROOKLINE, MA – Brookline High School has completed its administrative staff for the coming school year, naming a new dean of faculty, interim dean of students, interim associate dean of students and director of special education.
Jenee Palmer Ramos, Dean of Faculty, has taught at both the Lincoln School and Brookline High School. Prior to her tenure in Brookline, she taught English at Boston Latin School. In her nine years in the Brookline Public Schools system, she has led several learning and teaching initiatives, including Literacy Project, Content-area Reading Initiative (CRI) and Identity Curriculum development for grades 9-12.
Lisa Redding, Interim Dean of Students, has been the associate dean of students at Brookline High since 2013. Prior to serving as associate dean, she taught math at BHS for 12 years. She was also a member of the Faculty Council and BHS Legislature, receiving the Ernest R. Caverly Award in 2011.

Wendy Ryder, Director of Special Education, currently serves as PSB's Special Education Administrator for Specialized Programming. She is a recent Brookline transplant, coming to town in 2015 after working as the Special Education and Student Services Administrator for City on a Hill Charter Public Schools Network. She has also worked as an administrator in the Middleton and Beverly public school systems.
Brendan Kobus, Interim Associate Dean of Students, has taught at BHS since 2009. He has served as a Learning Center teacher, as well as a co-teacher in the social studies department, and directs the summer school program. He is the current coordinator of the school's online learning initiative and co-advisor of the National Honor Society.
