Brookline Police Looking For Pair Of Potential Shoplifters

BROOKLINE, MA — The police department is looking to identify two people it believes were involved in a shoplifting incident at a pharmacy in South Brookline that took place earlier this month.

The pair was captured on surveillance footage on Wednesday, June 3, at approximately 5 p.m. According to police, the first person as a man between 50 and 60 years old with a beard and thinning hair. He was last seen wearing a blue Champion t-shirt, jeans, and sneakers.

Police describe the second person as a woman with a "stocky" build who was last seen wearing a light-blue straight-haired wig, skirt-length overalls, and flip-flops.

Community members with relevant information are being asked to contact detectives at 617-730-2236. The department emphasized that they are not considered wanted at this time. The exact location where the incident took place has not been revealed.
