Brookline Public Library Halts Donations, Book Sale
The library is suggesting that residents consider donating to a Little Free Library until the book sale is up and running again.

BROOKLINE, MA — Brookline Public Library has paused its book sale and all donations as it adjusts to new social distancing procedures.
The book sale is usually conducted by Friends of the Brookline Public Library at all three library locations and features former library books along with donations. The library is suggesting that residents consider donating to a Little Free Library until the book sale is up and running again.
"We'll be sure to update you as soon as we can take your pre-loved books again!" said the library in a Twitter post Wednesday.
