Brookline Woman Hit By Foul Ball Suing Red Sox Owner
Stephanie Taubin reportedly suffered facial fractures and neurological damage.

A woman hit by a foul ball during a game at Fenway Park is suing the team owner for her injuries, WCVB Channel 5 reports.
Stephanie Taubin, of Brookline, filed the lawsuit against Red Sox owner John Henry, claiming that on June 17, she was seated in an area ordinarily protected from foul balls. Taubin’s seats were in the EMC Club high above home plate, which is usually protected by glass windows. The glass had been removed for renovations.
Taubin reportedly suffered fractures the the face and neurological damage. She is seeking unspecified damages. The Red Sox reportedly had no specific comment on the lawsuit, saying only that they take fan safety seriously.
