Ordination of Diego Garrido Barreto
All are warmly invited to the ordination of Diego Garrido Barreto into the Unitarian Universalist ministry on Sunday, May 17 at 4:00 PM at First Parish in Brookline (382 Walnut Street). The service will feature a sermon by Rev. Verdis LeVar Robinson and music by Sanctuary Boston.
Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Diego brings a bilingual, multicultural ministry shaped by migration, spirituality, and the arts.
The Brookline Interfaith Clergy, the Newton Clergy and ministers from the Greater Boston area will be there.
A festive Colombian reception will follow—bring a dessert or a bottle to share and stay for the celebration.
