BROOKLINE, MA — Coolidge Corner Theatre is getting ready for its 20th annual Halloween Horror Marathon, taking place on Saturday, Oct. 30 starting at 11 p.m.
The show will begin with a live performance by composer Alan Howarth, who contributed to the Halloween II soundtrack. After a concert featuring Howarth's legendary scores, the night will continue with 12 hours of Coolidge Corner's favorite spooky sequels on the big screen.
First up will be Halloween III: Season of the Witch, followed by history's very first horror sequel, The Bride of Frankenstein. The rest of the night will include seven of the "greatest, underrated, overlooked, and misunderstood" horror continuations.
