Coolidge Corner: What's Empty, What's New, What's Coming

BROOKLINE, MA — Coolidge Corner has a handful of storefronts in the past couple of months that have become empty. Some, like the space formerly occupied by Lady Grace have had moments where it looked like another business was planning to come take over the space (SweetGreen in that case) but then it fell through.

Others seem to be trickier to fill, like the huge space left when Pier 1 left after years of being on Beacon Street.

It should be pointed out, it's not all vacancies: New places like the space occupied by the old Korean BBQ, where Hamelton Bar now sits. The SS Pierce Building has Allium. And around the corner on Beacon Street there's the new Korean Restaurant.
