"Add a touch of happiness to the first meal of the day, or turn an ordinary morning into a delicious occasion. Learn recipes for brunch specialties that are festive and elegant, yet simple enough to assemble quickly and easily. We'll make perfect Eggs Benedict, practice how to correctly poach eggs, and make English muffins and hollandaise sauce from scratch. Our egg creations will be accompanied by ham or spinach, tomatoes, and homemade hash browns. You'll receive tips on how to time your brunch correctly, and how to adjust portions depending upon your number of guests. A $15 food fee is included in the course fee."
