
A meditation workshop for busy and exhausted adults who want to parent with kindness, patience, joy, understanding, forgiveness & compassion.
Led by Michael Ciborski, a former Buddhist monk with Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh in Plum Village, France. During his time as a monk, Michael facilitated retreats around the world. In 2003, Michael left the monastery to return to lay life and marry. He and his wife, Fern Dorresteyn, who is also a Dharma teacher, now live in New Hampshire with their three children and are building a mindfulness practice community for sustainable living called MorningSun.
