Tree Planting Committee members lead a 1 to 1-1/2 mile walk along residential streets which have a variety of at least 10 species of trees.
The goal is to explain key characteristics (shape, bark, seeds, flowers,and leaves) of common Brookline street and park trees. Tours last about 1 hour. Meet at the corner of Washington Street and Salisbury Road, Brookline.
