BROOKLINE, MA — Former Boston Celtics star Al Horford is selling his Brookline mansion for nearly $15 million, according to a report from Realtor.com.

The 13,200-square-foot home at 33 Sears Road sits on 1.6 acres in Brookline and was built in 2022. The property includes five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a prep kitchen, a three-car garage and a two-story walk-in closet in the primary suite.

Listing agents told Realtor.com that newly built homes of this size are rare in Brookline, where many luxury properties are significantly older.

Horford spent a total of seven seasons with the Celtics in two different stints. During his second tenure with the team, he helped the franchise win the 2024 NBA championship. The six-time NBA All-Star has maintained ties to Brookline throughout his time in Greater Boston and previously owned another home in the area.
