Jennifer Gallop, a partner at Krokidas & Bluestein, heads the firm’s Health Care Practice serving the full range of health and human services clients, and also practicing in the areas of nonprofit, administrative and corporate law. Her work includes transactions (mergers, acquisitions, affiliations), regulatory compliance, corporate governance, contracts, legislative and regulatory matters, reimbursement, tax-exempt financing and public charities.

Jennifer has been recognized in the past for her leadership roles in the firm and in the health care industry by U.S. News & World Report, honoring her as 2017 “Lawyer of the Year,” in health care for Massachusetts. She has recently received other accolades for her work, including being named as “Up & Coming” in 2016 and as a ranked Attorney in Health Care by Chambers USA.
