To the Editor:

I support two stalwart Brookline Select Board Members, Bernard Greene and Nancy Heller, in the election on Tuesday, May 4. Nancy, Bernard, and I were members of the Brookline Advisory Committee.

I was impressed with their knowledge, hard work, and dedication. Bernard Greene has been Chair of the Select Board for almost two years. His work on police reform and his leadership during the Covid-19 pandemic could be a model for many other communities.

Nancy Heller has led the renovation of Brookline High School, and has been a champion of green energy -- while protecting the Town by closely monitoring local utility companies so that dangerous gas leaks are promptly repaired. Both Nancy and Bernard strongly support the needs of the Brookline Senior Center and Council on Aging.

Every vote is important. Please join me and vote for Nancy Heller and Bernard Greene for Select Board.
