Looking For A Flu Clinic In Brookline?: Health Department
The Brookline Department of Health just released times and locations of flu clinics for 2019.
The Brookline Department of Public Health: The Brookline Department of Public Health announces dates for the fall 2019 Brookline community flu clinics. These seasonal flu clinics are open to all Brookline residents, including infants 6 months of age and older. “This flu season has already begun with a few cases early in the season. It’s critical to avoid waiting; get your flu shot today,” said Dr. Swannie Jett, Health Commissioner for the Brookline Department of Public Health and Human Services.
Dates, times and locations of the community clinics are:
Tuesday, Oct. 29 Brookline Senior Center 11:30am – 1:00pm 93 Winchester Street

Wednesday, Nov. 13 Baker School 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm 205 Beverly Road
Sunday, Nov. 24 Brookline High School 11:00am – 1:00pm 115 Greenough Street

Everyone 6 months of age or older should get a flu vaccine each year. There is no charge for the flu vaccine; however, please bring all health insurance cards to the clinic. Wear loose-sleeved clothing. Flu mist will be available this year; Fluzone High-Dose influenza vaccine will NOT be available.
The seasonal flu clinics are sponsored by Brookline Department of Public Health, Public Schools of Brookline, Brookline Housing Authority, and Brookline Council on Aging.
