Man Charged After Allegedly Using Oxycodone Rx Stolen from Brookline Doctor's Office

A New Hampshire man was charged with using an Oxycodone prescription that was stolen from a doctor’s office in Brookline.

Chad Burdick, 27, of Manchester, N.H. allegedly used the prescription at a CVS in Nashua, N.H. The prescription had been stolen from the Brookline doctor’s office, where Burdick had been working as a painter, authorities said.

Burdick was released on $10,000 bail and is due in Nashua District Court on Nov. 5.
