Stars Johnny Depp and Dakota Johnson walked the red carpet into the Coolidge Corner Theater for the screening as hundreds descended on the scene.

The film itself has received mixed review. The Tampa Bay Times called it a “flawed, flat” telling of Bulger’s infamous life, while Entertainment Weekly said it’s “well-crafted and well-acted.”
