Sushi Restaurant To Open On Brookline, Boston Border
There's about to be another sushi restaurant in town.

BROOKLINE, MA — There's about to be a new sushi joint in town. Sushi Momento is set to open shop on the border of Brookline and Brighton in Cleveland Circle, according to restaurant blogspot.
Look for an opening before the end of the year in its space inside the AC Marriott, which is part of the Circle development that cropped up after the old Circle Cinema and Applebees were demolished. Cafe Landwer opened nearby in September.
A job posting advertises the place as “a contemporary eatery serving inventive sushi and cocktails." The restaurant will be a spacious 3,000 square feet and features a sushi counter, regular tables and bar seating, according to the town.

A video from Phaze Zero Design, a local design firm that worked on the project, shows that the inside appears to be similar to the new Feng Shui Shushi and Dumplings restaurant that just opened around the corner in the space left empty by the bank next door to the Chipolte.
Kenji Wong, who worked at Michael Mina’s high-end, inventive Japanese & sushi Pabu downtown, will serve as Sushi Momento’s chef, according to his LinkedIn profile.
